Weightloss.com Refund Policy

At weightloss.com we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness coaching services. Due to the nature of personalized coaching and digital program delivery, we maintain the following refund policy.

By purchasing any of our services or programs, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Coaching Programs (1:1 Coaching)

Because personalized coaching requires time, planning, and preparation:

  • All payments for 1:1 coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

  • If you cancel before the first session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no materials have been delivered.

If a refund is approved, administrative or payment processing fees may be deducted.

Digital Products / Meal Plans / Workout Plans

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products:

  • All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or materials have been sent.

Group Programs

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before the program officially begins.

  • No refunds will be provided after the group program has started.

Missed Sessions

  • Missed coaching sessions without prior notice (at least 24 hours) are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health results.

Results vary based on individual effort, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to the program. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
